ROTORK ACTUATOR REMOTE CONTROL BUSINESS OF BOTAS-DÖRTYOL-BATMAN 8 LINE VALVES WITH SOLAR POWER

From 2004 to present,  4P Automation & Software SCADA has applied offering solution engineering with success to abroad such as in Egypt, Greece, Ireland, and Jordan as well as in Turkey. 

Our success graph has been grown upward once again with our project that we are doing to BOTAS. This project scope is; valve electric actuator for remote control (on-off, monitoring, measurement, etc.) of 8 valves which are on Batman-Dörtyol pipeline, continuously electrical power supply with solar panels, and RTU and instrumentation supply.

Additionally, the project covers the main requirements for necessary design, manufacturing, delivery, site assembly, testing, commissioning and warranty  about the establishment safety shutdown system on Dörtyol Terminal and associated stations and data collection from each line valve  with GPRS/GSM modems and a SCADA system on control center of Dörtyol. The project has brought to the acceptance stage.
